🔔 Service Access Notice – Temporary Connectivity Issues
(in very rare cases) Some users may experience access issues due to DNS restrictions in certain regions. The Cinevisa service itself is online and operational.
If you are affected, please try the steps below which have resolved access for many users:
✅ Recommended Fix
• If you are using VisaTV Premium (Option 2), log in using VIP or VIP Proxy*.
• If your app requires a manual server URL as smarters, use:
http://line.protv.cc + your credentials (username + password)
🔄 If You Are Already Logged In and Facing Errors
Please log out and re-add your account:
On VisaTV Premium / Tivimate-style apps:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Playlists
3. Open Playlist Settings
4. Select your current playlist
5. Choose Delete Playlist
6. Restart the app
7. Log in again using your username and password
On Smarters apps:
• Delete the existing User/Profile
• Re-add the account using your credentials and the server URL http://line.protv.cc
These steps help bypass local DNS or ISP filtering and restore access in most cases.
If issues persist, further solutions such as DNS change (use purple dns app available on firestick/android tvs )or VPN may be required.
