On this 14th year of service and bringing you the best channels and movies at an affordable price; a new unplanned issue/challenge started affecting our VIP/Lite service (in some areas like: UK, Italy, France, Portugal...).
As you may know, Cloudflare.com (a reliable content delivery network) has this last week enforced a new ban on video streaming services, introducing strict limitations on this type of content. Unfortunately, this has directly impacted the use of Cloudflare for video streaming and resulted in degrading the experience of some usersβ οΈ. (Cloudflare main purpose is to distribute the content worldwide at the highest speed possible and reduce any buffer).
As we write this, We are actively exploring and testing alternative solutions to cloudflare serviceπ, but we do not have an immediate fix to circumvent these restrictions. In the meantime, we strongly recommend that all our users the use of VPN solutions in regions impacted by the ban π .
Please avoid submitting support tickets related to non-functional channels, as we are already aware and working to address the issue. However, we cannot guarantee a resolution at this stage without a Vpn in the futureπ§.
We recommend the following VPN services to our customers when using Cinevisa: for more privacy that will change your ip address/location and encrypt your data and offer the possibility to connect to the service with less restrictions

Recap: You may experience interruptions and login errors during this time frame. its caused by cloudflare changing their terms and stopping video streaming services delivery in some countries like UK, Italy, France, Some areas in Canada...
Solution 1: Try using a VPN and see if it resolves your issue as it was reported by some users that it fixed their connectivity issue
Solution 2: bear with us, we will add extra access days to your account when we find a service replacement to the cloudflare delivery. (note this is a general issue and impacting other streaming services too)

And also, to try a temporary account (another Server) to try to access tv service with a different server url and credentials. (not guarantee 100% that it will work in your area, but we can try together)
